Four years ago, I envisioned creating a management company that offered unsurpassed service. When I opened Emerald Coast Rental Management, I had over 20 years of property management experience, and I came from a company that was created with a heart for service. The industry is becoming lost in automation; from showings to leasing, you can go through the process and never speak to anyone. Technology, however, is needed and helpful but misses the mark in the property management business. You cannot create effective marketing campaigns when copying and pasting what everyone else is doing; you want your listings to stand out and not get lost in the land of rental websites. Emerald Coast Rental management’s unique marketing partnerships create effective campaigns that individualize your home without content stuffing, including social media. We want our social media content to be engaging, not include so many plugs that the prospect continues to scroll because they cannot decipher the content; this is an example of content stuffing. We also want to level up our communication in an automated world. I have found that people crave contact, not an email or text but a phone call. My motto has always been “Pick up the phone,” whether good news or bad news, it has to be delivered.
