Stevie McInnes is co-owner and a licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in long-term property management. Stevie is a Northwest Florida native and is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School and attended Northwest Florida State College. Stevie has over 15-years experience in long-term property management. Long-term property management has been Stevie’s passion and she always strives to serve her clients and puts their needs first and foremost.

Martha Dowd graduated from Niceville High School and attended college at Okaloosa-Walton Community College. She is a trained paralegal, having learned the law from the infamous Walter Steigleman, Esquire, a legal genius who formerly practiced in Northwest Florida. Her first management position came with Mr. Steigleman as a manager of the legal arm of the State of Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Enforcement Program. She managed approximately 10 attorneys and over 40 total staff members and was able to dial in her skills in coordinating and timing the performance of employees in accomplishing client goals. She discontinued this work in 2018 and began working as a manager for Dowd Title Group and Dowd Law Firm‘s Real Estate Closing Department. Under her management, these companies closed over $750 million in real estate loans. Since 2007, she has been the General Manager of Safe Harbor Rental Management and coordinated the management and maintenance of several hundred properties in the Northwest Florida area. She is now dedicated to using her skills to help property owners and investors receive the maximum return with the least expense on their long-term rental investment properties in the northwest Florida area. As a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County, Chelsea has a deep connection to this beautiful community. Her family has a legacy in real estate: Her father is a real estate attorney, following in the footsteps of her grandfather and great-grandfather—this field is truly in her blood.

Chelsea holds a degree in Business Management from Auburn University, complemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. This educational background equips her with the skills to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions for clients.

Passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Chelsea enjoys putting her knowledge and experience to work. In her free time, she loves to travel, attend concerts, enjoy time on the boat, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.

An Emerald Coast native, Lakin DeVaux, is one of Emerald coast rental management rising stars. Graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 2015, Lakin next attended Northwest Florida State College and began her career in the hospitality industry. Growing up in a family of hard-working women, it is only fitting that Lakin has landed at Emerald coast rental Management and become a self-motivated, goal-oriented Operation Manager, supporting each facet of the company. Her heart of service is evident in everything that she does and she is an asset to the Emerald coast Rental Management

Martha Alexander is a dynamic Office Administrator with extensive experience as an entrepreneur in the local area. Having successfully owned and operated her own businesses, she brings a unique perspective to her role at Emerald Coast Rental Management, where she excels in managing logistics, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Martha is known for streamlining processes, which enhances efficiency and productivity across the team. With her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude, Martha is an asset to Emerald Coast Rental Management.

Originally from Louisiana, Martha has a passion for cooking delicious Creole food. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports and spending time at the beach. Above all, she values quality moments with her children, making family time her top priority.
