Stevie McInnes is co-owner and a licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in long-term property management. Stevie is a Northwest Florida native and is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School and attended Northwest Florida State College. Stevie has over 15-years experience in long-term property management. Long-term property management has been Stevie’s passion and she always strives to serve her clients and puts their needs first and foremost.

Martha Dowd graduated from Niceville High School and attended college at Okaloosa-Walton Community College. She is a trained paralegal, having learned the law from the infamous Walter Steigleman, Esquire, a legal genius who formerly practiced in Northwest Florida. Her first management position came with Mr. Steigleman as a manager of the legal arm of the State of Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Enforcement Program. She managed approximately 10 attorneys and over 40 total staff members and was able to dial in her skills in coordinating and timing the performance of employees in accomplishing client goals. She discontinued this work in 2018 and began working as a manager for Dowd Title Group and Dowd Law Firm‘s Real Estate Closing Department. Under her management, these companies closed over $750 million in real estate loans. Since 2007, she has been the General Manager of Safe Harbor Rental Management and coordinated the management and maintenance of several hundred properties in the Northwest Florida area. She is now dedicated to using her skills to help property owners and investors receive the maximum return with the least expense on their long-term rental investment properties in the northwest Florida area. An Emerald Coast native, Lakin DeVaux, is one of Emerald coast rental management rising stars. Graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 2015, Lakin next attended Northwest Florida State College and began her career in the hospitality industry. Growing up in a family of hard-working women, it is only fitting that Lakin has landed at Emerald coast rental Management and become a self-motivated, goal-oriented Operation Manager, supporting each facet of the company. Her heart of service is evident in everything that she does and she is an asset to the Emerald coast Rental Management

Sheri Sparling is native of Fort Walton Beach. She is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School and attended Troy State University and obtained a degree in accounting. Sheri has provided bookkeeping services for her hometown business for many years and her expertise in bookkeeping is invaluable. Sheri is a huge assist to the Emerald Coast Rental Management team.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Jaymie Curles is one of the newest members of the Emerald Coast Rental Management team. Jaymie attended University of North Florida and later transferred to Florida State University to pursue a degree in Marketing. GO NOLES!

After college, Jaymie moved to Nashville, TN where she took a Senior Project Manager role with a prominent web development company. There Jaymie lead the development team and managed accounts for some of the biggest and most influential companies and country music artists in Music City. Ultimately, her love of family and the beach lead her back to the beautiful Emerald Coast where she resides with her husband and two kids. Jaymie’s positive attitude and passion for helping others makes her an asset to the ECRM team.
